Finishing

1). More than 128 sets of high precision CNC machining equipment.

2). The annual production capacity exceeds 3.6 million pieces.

3). Machining accuracy is 0.004mm.

4). Automatic loading and unloading project have been realized, and up to one robot can be realized for 16 CNC loading and unloading.

Surface treatment

1). 2 automatic cleaning lines and 4 automatic spraying lines with a daily production capacity of 300,000 pieces.

2). Auxiliary EDI water treatment system, agitation and purification system, energy-saving and environmental protection heating 

     system, and fully intelligent system program.

Precision mold design and manufacturing

1). 80 sets of high-end, high-precision equipment with an accuracy of 0.003mm.

2). The annual production capacity of mold is more than 300 sets, and the largest die-casting machine mold can be manufactured 

    (the mold weight is about 20T).
